Welcome to your yoga journey

with me: the aligned mum

  • "The aligned mum offers thoughtful, practical yoga teaching that really makes a difference. I found the sessions to be clear, well structured, and focused on realistic ways to create balance and confidence. I found the approach warm, honest and genuinely useful. I am looking forward to attending more classes and feeling the benfits."

  • -"I started a yoga course with Suzannah due to some problems in my shoulders. Suzannah's class not only helped me stretch and challenge myself as much as I wanted to but it gave me a level of relaxation I have never felt before. It completely relaxed and de-stressed my soul. Suzannah is gentle, calming and informative. She caters the class towards each individual. Most of all Suzannah is so caring and the class feels so welcoming. There is no judgement or competition, it is such a special atmosphere. I have loved my yoga journey so far and look forward to joining the next class."

  • " That was a beautiful class you put on yesterday. I just felt so good and I had a brilliant nights sleep and you've got a lovely calming voice. I particularly liked your class."

Who is the aligned mum?

I’m Suzannah, the aligned mum.

For me, yoga isn’t about all the tricky poses - although they can be fun to try. It’s about noticing when something feels a bit off, physically or mentally and responding to it rather than pushing through. It’s about creating space, setting boundaries and being yourself rather than trying to get everything perfect. That’s what being an aligned mum means to me.

And that’s what I bring to my classes - a chance to rest, move and reconnect with yourself while feeling part of something supportive.
